About Speech Arcade

As a speech-language pathologist, I spent my evenings surrounded by printed worksheets, lamination pouches, and Velcro dots. Every session needed fresh materials -- targeted to each student's goals, engaging enough to hold their attention, and organized enough to actually track progress. By the time everything was prepped, the evening was gone.

One night, watching yet another stack of articulation cards slide off the printer, it hit us: there has to be a better way. What if every game a student could play was already loaded with the right questions? What if data collection happened automatically, in the background, while students were too busy having fun to notice they were in therapy?

That question became Speech Arcade. We built a platform where SLPs can open a game, assign it to a student, and start a session -- all in under a minute. No printing, no cutting, no laminating. Just pick a game, pick your targets, and play. Meanwhile, every response is logged automatically so you can focus on what actually matters: connecting with your students.

Our mission is simple: make therapy more engaging for students and less work for clinicians. We believe SLPs deserve tools that respect their time and their expertise -- tools that just work the moment you open them.
