Frequently asked questions

Can I switch between All Access and All Access + Reporting later?

Yes! You'll be charged (or refunded) a prorated fee for your current billing period, and the new fee thereafter.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes! Changes between monthly and yearly billing will take effect when your subscription renews.

How do refunds work?

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of your membership renewal. We aren't able to offer refunds outside of that window to monthly or annual plans, but we'll gladly help you disable renewal of your membership. Just contact us!

Will I lose access to Speech Arcade if I cancel my plan?

Your Speech Arcade account will remain active until the end of your current period. After that time, your account will no longer be accessible. For privacy reasons, your classroom and game history – including any data collected – will be deleted then, too.

Do you offer bulk purchases or purchase via PO?

Of course! Every membership comes with a 7 day trial. If Speech Arcade isn't right for you, there's no commitment - we don't require any credit card information before you're sure.
