Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of your membership renewal. We aren't able to offer refunds outside of that window to monthly or annual plans, but we'll gladly help you disable renewal of your membership. Just contact us!
Your Speech Arcade account will remain active until the end of your current period. After that time, your account will no longer be accessible. For privacy reasons, your classroom and game history – including any data collected – will be deleted then, too.
